The Junior Project Manager

Quantity Surveyor
Location: Gloucester
Salary: TBC
The Quantity Surveyor (QS) will be responsible for managing costs relating to our Flooring and Tiling projects. The QS should deliver projects on budget and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. You will need to be familiar with the processes of tendering, contract reviews & negotiation, preparation and submissions of applications and subcontract variations.
